Hotel President Wilson has positioned itself as a well-renowned international conference hotel in Geneva, boasting 13 event venues. On the lower floor, the 900 m² Wilson ballroom is considered as the largest convention space amongst the 5-star hotels in Geneva. Together with its adjacent Foyer, the total surface amounts to 1300 m² and allows for cocktails with up to 1000 guest and dinners with up to 700 people. All event rooms are soundproof and equipped with screens as well as complimentary high-speed wifi (dedicated lines upon request). Event Rooms in Geneva

Our 12 private meeting and banqueting rooms and halls range from intimate spaces to large business venues. All of the soundproofed rooms are meeting- and event-ready, with many boasting five-meter-high ceilings—including the Wilson room, which has been newly equipped with attachment points. Three provide ample space, including the 400-square-meter Grand Foyer, which is an ideal setting for product launches, fairs, or shows. The space features direct access for loading booths, vehicles, and other structures. During the summer months, the hotel’s Rive Droite Terrace is ideal for social events such as coffee breaks and cocktail events. Meanwhile, our largest hall, the 900-square meter Wilson Room, hosts up to 1000 guests and can be split into six different rooms. Additional options include four meeting rooms—Office, Jupiter, Neptune, and Apollon—that can accommodate up to 90 attendees. Comfortable pre-function and breakout areas complement all of our venues.

Wilson Room & Foyer

With its 900sqm and a height of more than 5m, the Wilson Room is one of the biggest event space in Geneva. Entirely modular, it is equipped with hooks on the ceiling, 3 projection screens and can be divided into 6 separate rooms. Space for up to 700 participants. With its privileged and direct access to the ball room, the Wilson Foyer and its 400 sqm is the perfect place at the hotel for your cocktails before a gala dinner or your coffee breaks and standing lunches during a conference. Used alone or together with the adjacent rooms L, S, O and N, it can also welcome around thirty exhibition booths.

W Room

The W Room of 247sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. The WI room can be splited into 2 different rooms, W and I.

I Room

The I Room of 231sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. Twin rooms W and I can be used individually or together.

L Room

The L Room of 72sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. The WILSON room can be split into 6 different rooms - one of them the L Room.

S Room

The S Room of 106sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. S Room - perfect as a breakout room.

O Room

The O Room of 106sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. The O Room can be used individually or together with S Room.

N Room

The N Room of 80sqm is one of the 6 rooms which form the Wilson Room. It can as well be combined with other adjacent rooms, according to the number of guests. Multiple options to create the perfect space for your event.

WI Room

The WI Room of 479sqm includes the W and I Rooms combined together. It is appropriate both for conferences and gala dinners. The WI room and its 479 smq can welcome up to 440 guests in meeting.

WLS Room

The WLS Room of 426sqm includes the W, L and S Rooms combined together. It is appropriate both for conferences and gala dinners. Half of the Wilson room, ideal for back projection.

WISO Room

The WISO Room of 691sqm includes the W, I, S and O Rooms combined together. It is appropriate both for conferences and gala dinners. This option allows to keep two adjoining breakout rooms (Room L and N).

Apollon

Bathed in natural daylight, the Apollon Room will welcome your meetings and meals in a warm setting. Equipped with a screen and a top-notch integrated projector, it can be used alone or together with the adjacent rooms Jupiter and Neptune. Theater set up at meeting room Apollon.

Room 133

Located on the first floor of the hotel, the Room 133 is perfect for organizing your formal or private meetings. Bathed in daylight, it has a wooden lacquered table with leather chairs. A Nespresso coffee machine is included for free.
